"ZNS is AMAZING! He's an actual small job handyman. Let me tell you the 1st job I gave him. I had a rat infested hot tub with a leak and had called several repair places to fix it. None of them (over two years) were able to do anything. We had to replace rotted deck boards and address erosion issues under it. We were at the point of having to get rid of it, when I called ZNS. He took off the panels, pulled out the insulation, found the leak and built a new platform, while dealing with rat poop and snakes skins! He repaired it, replaced everything, scrubbed out the tub and refilled it. By the time he left it looked brand new!!! He saved it, when no one else could (or would). He now has a monthly project list from us until 2026. We've basically asked him to move in. LOL! He's fast, professional, friendly and there's nothing we've found yet that he can't do. Staining, furniture and front door repairs to drainage and tree hole digging...his work is excellent and his prices are incredibly fair. On at least one occasion, we actually opted to pay him more than he asked for. He's intelligent, honest and easy to work with. We feel very lucky to have found him."
